I love the colouring in this, it's so soft and oceanic - I know the latter sounds like a given, but I haven't seen a colour scheme in a digital or painted image evoke this in some time.

It reminds me of this little boy who had been separated from his deamon and clutched an old dead fish instead, in Philip Pullman's trilogy "His Dark Materials"...
I like the feeling of loss that this drawing inspire me!
